Due to Brexit, EU orders, like other international orders, will also be liable for customs/duty charges ***

Goods are delivered FREE within the UK (for orders over £75) .

We can also offer Royal Mail Signed For, Special Delivery or Next Day Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Please call the store for details, there will be a charge for this service.

If the customer gives special instructions to Lady Designer Wear for the carrier to leave the parcel outside your house or with a neighbour, it will be left at the customers own risk.

Customers can also place their order online and collect it from the shop. Please call 01942 820 600 or email to arrange a pickup time if you choose this option.


We deliver worldwide (Europe, U.S., Canada and Rest of World) with a tracked and signed for service.

Shipping to Europe costs a flat rate of £10 whilst the U.S., Canada and rest of the World shipping costs a flat rate of £15.

Customs Fees
**All customs and import taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.** This includes any that are incurred in the event that the order is returned to Lady Designer Wear. Any customs/duty fees incurred on return of an order will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

Due to Brexit and current Covid restrictions, some international parcels are taking longer to be delivered. Please consider this before ordering.

Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with Lady Designer Wear.

We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase but do recognise that there can be certain issues with the goods once they are received. We are therefore happy to offer you a full refund or exchange if you are not entirely satisfied with your items.

If the item you ordered is not suitable then please return it with all labels attached and in an unworn condition.

The Item must be returned within 14 days of you receiving it and the cost of the return postage must be paid by the customer.

In the event of a returned item, please advise us by email or by telephone on 01942 820600

It may be beneficial for UK  customers to use a return postal service that ensures a proof of postage such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing on their return to us .


  • Any applicable import/export customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Import duties may be payable by the customer in accordance with the delivery country’s law.

Items in the Sale are still eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours from the time we receive the item.

Please allow a few days for the refund to reach your account but if using paypal this could take longer.
