This privacy policy sets out how Lady Designer Wear uses and protects any data provided by you, either in-store or online. Lady Designer Wear is committed to ensuring your privacy is protected.
We collect personal information from anybody placing an order with Lady Designer Wear either in-store or online. The collected information includes your name, address, contact and billing details, email, telephone and purchase history. The payment details are processed by the payment gateway you select on the checkout or card you use in store. The delivery of your order will be processed by Royal Mail, your email and telephone may be used by them for delivery confirmation. We sometimes use marketing software to process our email marketing.
In all instances, third parties will be GDPR compliant.
As you may be aware, the way in which data is held will be changing from the 25th May 2018 and Lady Designer Wear are required by law to obtain consent from all customers that they are happy for us to hold their information on our database.

Orders can be made on-line using our secure ordering system powered by World Pay or Pay Pal , the system is PCI compliant and supports 3D Secure, Address Checking (AVS) and Card Security Code Checks.
Any personal data provided will be treated as confidential in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Returns
We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase but do recognize that there can be certain issues with the goods once they are received. We are therefore happy to offer you a full refund or exchange if you are not entirely satisfied with your items. If the item you ordered is not suitable then please return it with all labels attached and in an unworn condition. The Item must be returned within seven days of you receiving it and the cost of the return postage must be paid by the customer.
Items in the Sale are still eligible for a full refund.

Shipping charges are non refundable.
- Any applicable import/export customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Import duties may be payable by the customer in accordance with the delivery country’s law.

Merchandise
We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate.
Colours are representative and may not reflect exact shades. The customer should appreciate that colour differences can occur in any product when it is being viewed on a computer screen.
Whilst we stock a large number of outfits and sizes, it may be, that on some occasions, we have to order a specific item for a customer.
We make every effort to keep the order time down to a minimum.
Faulty Merchandise
If on receipt of an item, it is found to be damaged, the customer must return the item within seven days.
We offer an immediate replacement if in stock, or we can order a replacement to be shipped to the customer
as soon as possible.
We would also be happy to offer a refund, if this is preferred.
Refunds
We usually process a refund within 24 hours from the time we of receive the item.
Delivery Instructions Regarding unattended parcels
If the customer gives special instructions to for the carrier to leave the parcel outside your house or with a neighbour it will be left at the customers own risk.
